Hello Kim and welcome to the board!

The shaking of the hands should go away in a few days. It's just kicking your body up a notch. If it dosen't then you can split up the doseage a couple hrs apart. We can discuss that later if we need to.
Now to your other good questions. Yes I believe excercise is a very important key to obtaining your goal. I personally love the bike. I will tell you a little trick that I use and it does wonders at getting any excess BF to come off. When I ride the bike I go up to 140--150 RPMS (you have to do what's comfortable for you) for 3 mins then slow it down to let's say 80-90 RPMS for 1 minute then go right back up to the high range again for 3 minutes and so on. This helps shock the body and really keep the heart going. Try and do 30 mins of cardio. It will pay off big time. Or if you just like to ride throw on some head phones and kick it up for 25 mins then do a 5 min cool down.
Also another great trick. Let's say you are watching TV and during a break in the program drop down to the floor and do push-ups. Next break do some situps. Next one do jumping jacks. It's that simple and the more you do when it comes to excercise the faster the results will come. Also do some deep knee bends (squats) no weight...etc..
You will stay tone, lose that weight you want to lose and look great in that swimsuit! If you have any questions please feel free to ask! By the way as long as you are eating the right foods you have nothing to worry about. Remember you have to feed the body do not starve it.
