How to burn even more with Clen or T3

Workout Advice?

I'm over 30 and just ordered clen. I can't wait to get started. I would like some advice as to how to maximize my results. What type of exercise should I be focusing on and time schedule. Any help would be appropriated. Thanks.

just do 25 to 35 min of cardio workouts 4 to 5 times a week walk on the treadmill for 3 min then raise the incline to 6 or 7 and jog or run for one min after one minute of your running or jogging then lower the incline back to normal and walk two to three minutes more till your heart rate beats at its normal paste then repeat the process over and over untill your25 or 35 minutes are up!this will have you losing weight without clen or t3 so imagine what it will do with it! as for weights you should lift light weights 3 to 4 times a week more reps are better for getting toned and burning fat and calories and strength!so light weight is any weight you can lift 10 or more times!good luck my friend! :)

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it! You are the only one who has replied to my inquiries. I'm really looking forward to this. Especially with winter right around the corner, I need something positive to focus on. Thanks again!
