hey i was wondering if i could ask a couple questions. i have been lifting for 6 months and made some really good progress. i was overweight and out of shape and changed my lifestyle. i was 220 lbs. 5"8 28% bf. i am now 170 lbs. still 5"8 16-18% body fat. my diet is on point and my cardio/lifting routine is top notch. i ordered the clen/t3 combo and was wondering what you think i could achieve in 1 month? i would say 2 months but i know i have to come off it after a month or so. could i drop 15-20 lbs in a month? i eat cleaner than clean. carbs only in the mroning (oatmeal) and chicken and veggies all throughout the day after that, 6 small meals. can i drop my body fat 10% in a couple months you think? i no its hard to say but just gimme some hope please. thanks people.
