Im a 24 yr. old male, I'm 5'9, 190 trying to get down to 170ish...I have the stack, is there any certain time of the day that is best to take it? Maybe right before I work out or right after. Right now I'm taking it at about 630 a.m. before I go to work.
Also, which stack is the best: take clen for 3 weeks then t3 for 3 weeks or take clen and t3 at the same time for 3 weeks. And if I do both of them at the same time should I take them both together at the same time or space them out at specific times?
