Great meal replacement milkshake (very healthy)

8-10 oz of skim milk (fat free)
1-2 scoops pf protein powder
1/2 cup of oat meal
fresh fruit. bananna, strawberries, blueberries, etc (frozen ok also)

Blend on high for 1 min and enjoy! :D
