DOSEAGE: Gender Specific Vs. Weight Specific

Postby ibsexy on Fri Feb 27, 2009 6:31 pm

Hello,

I'm a 29 year old female who has always been overweight since childhood. I placed my order on this website and received my purchase of the Clen and Cytomel stack a little over a week ago.

I have been taking both the Clen and Cytomel as directed, allowing my body the opportunity to adjust to the medication. I read in one of the previous postings, that a female dosage would be lower than that of a male. Is that because of the weight difference in men and women? Because I have not experienced any of the symptoms or side effects that has been mentioned.. (increased heart rate and body temperature, and the 'shaky' sensation) - However I am still only taking 1 full tablet of each medication, once a day.

I am 5' 11" and weight 270 lbs - taller and heavier than the average woman. I do around 30-50 minutes of cardio about 3-4 times a week. 3 years ago, I was prescribed Adipex and lost 22 lbs in 1 month, but shortly after discontinuing it, I quickly gained the weight back, and then some...

My question is in regards the maximum daily amount suggested for Clen and Cytomel. In 2 days, I will taper up my dosage to 2 tablets of each daily. Is this the correct dosage for a woman of my height and weight? Or should I take the dosage suggested for men?

Thank You..
