Helloa all, i used clen last year with great results and will start over now. was just wondering if 3weeks on/off is ok to do with some moderate workout or i read about 2days on/off somewhere, for 4 weeks. Will that work better?
I would stick with the 2-3 weeks on then the same time off. I don't believe in the 2 days on theory. By staying on for 2-3 weeks you are allowing your body the chance to fire up and burn off that excess BF you are looking to get rid of.
