I can't stress enough that we all need to try and give 110% in the gym or at home where we are doing physical activity. Our bodies are kicked up that extra notch and let's take advantage of it.
I've I have been lifting weights and doing cardio for approximately 20 years. And the first thing that will fail you is not your muscles it's your mind. You need to have a positive mind set and force out that extra 1/2mile or those extra 2 reps, or 5 more push-ups. Don't let your mind beat you. You can do it if you set your mind to it.
The muscles in the human body are made to be put to work and trained and the more we can do that and go that little extra bit the more you will enjoy and reap the rewards of all that hard work. So let's kick it up, help each other out and get in the best shape of our lives. The only one preventing us from doing that is ourselves. Good luck and health to all!
