Thanks! I am training for a show coming up in Nov 08 and love asparagus. Needed a new spin on it though! Nice! Also, I just received my first shipment and I am looking forward to seeing the results. I have competed in 4 shows and have done very well. But this time I seem to be having some trouble ridding excess BF from my lower half??? I heard about this site, checked it out and was taken back! Thanks for all the wonderful info! I will stay in touch!

Hi,

heres one of my personal favourites for the evening when i would feel terrible about munching the fridge empty

STEAM fresh veggies, like asparagus, broccoli, half tomatoes, sliced carrots and others in a big pot over boiling water. Note that you only need 10 minutes max for steaming. Make sure you soaked the veggies in some water 20 minutes before that, with a bit salt or baking soda to get the sprayed poison out.

Thats basically it, now you can add some low cal sauce and some brown rice and you have a fabulous dish ! Pan fry some fish and eat together to get even more out of it.

Or: Drop the steamed veggies in some salad with italian dressing, add a bit parmesan and croutons.

Most people dont realize that the meals after 7pm will block them from losing weight. You can do the best workout during the day and come home and have a big meal and then watch Tv or go to sleep. There's mostly nothing more getting burned after that and the food will go directly into fat.. so you wasted what you worked for.

Regarding your stubborn fat, the last pounds are the most difficult, everybody will agree. Especially problem zones like hips and tummy. And the older you get even more difficult it gets. Clenbuterol can be help in that case and the effect from the workout should be significantly increased. However its always important to keep an eye on your heartrate. Dont go over the numbers that you get without the tabs.

thanks for your support

My veggie fix, cauliflower, chick peas and collard greens, steamed. Add curry paste and a little unsalted tomato juice and serve over 1/4 cup brown rice.
