Pre workout food

This is something alot of people don't give enough attention to. When you are weight training or doing cardio, or any form of excercise your body needs fuel. Complex carbs is what it needs for energy and blood sugar levels. When you are half way through a workout and are starting to run out of energy more than likely your blood sugar is low. Here are just a few things that will give you the energy through out your workout. Just make sure you eat them about 1-1 1/2 hrs before you excercise.

Natural granola bars (low in sugar)
Whole grain bread with some natural peanut butter
Whole wheat pasta
Trail mix etc...

If you cant get that try and at least have a piece of fruit so you can get your energy levels up. Give it a try and see the difference it makes :D
