Thanks for the dosage info. However, I'm not getting any results at all with the Clen/T3 stack. I started with 40 mg. Clen a day , yesterday and today (day 9) I took 100 mg. in the morning. I'm upt to one tab of T3. I'm female, very overweight at 190 lbs. Would you recommend me raising my dosage until I feel results and start losing weight/inches? I'm eating the same (fairly decent diet--no junk foods, most carbs come from brown rice and sweet potatoes, fruit) and doing 30 minutes cardio every morning and weight training every other day. I've been stuck at 190 for close to a year (since menopause!). Nothing seems to work for long. I used to be in excellent, worked as a carpenter for 20 years and lifted weights regularly. Now when I help my husband with carpentry jobs it's hard because of the extra bulk. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
