Just remember weight loss is like a job. You have to be willing to put forth 100% effort to achieve the goals you are looking for. It's all about diet , excercise, and supplements. If you don't have your diet 100% on point them the rest will not follow.
For proper weight loss you need to be eating nothing but a quality diet. Lean meats like chicken, venison, turkey, buffalo, etc... Lot's of fresh fruits and vegetables. Stay away from ALL alcohol, candy, dessert , white breads, pop (soda), potato chips etc.....You ARE WHAT YOU EAT......And after training people for years I know first hand that 99% of them do not eat a proper balanced diet. Stick with it and you can achieve your goals. Good luck!
