Glad too see you are going to the gym and are motivated to do something about weight loss. I have lifted weights for just over 20 years. I am not going to lie to you and tell you it was easy. At times it's isn't it's very difficult. But persistance pays off big time. When I started I weighed 165lbs. I currently weigh just about 250lbs at about 6-7% BF.

Just remember weight loss is like a job. You have to be willing to put forth 100% effort to achieve the goals you are looking for. It's all about diet , excercise, and supplements. If you don't have your diet 100% on point them the rest will not follow.

For proper weight loss you need to be eating nothing but a quality diet. Lean meats like chicken, venison, turkey, buffalo, etc... Lot's of fresh fruits and vegetables. Stay away from ALL alcohol, candy, dessert , white breads, pop (soda), potato chips etc.....You ARE WHAT YOU EAT......And after training people for years I know first hand that 99% of them do not eat a proper balanced diet. Remember it's not an easy road. But if you stay on course you will achieve your goals. Take a very close look at what you are eating. I bet you could find some areas that you could do differently and that will make a huge difference in the amount of weight you will lose.

Serving size and servings per container make a huge difference and many people overlook them. I do not drink pop and would not recommend that people do either. If they still decide to, go with the diet pop. NO SUGAR. Look on the label of a pop bottle. 20 oz is 2 1/2 servings. Now look at the sugar per serving and mutiply that by 2.5 and that's how many grams of sugar are in 20 ounces. SUGAR=BAD CARBS=FAT

Same things goes for carbs etc...Read the labels and look at the numbers per serving. It will suprise you. Stick with it you can do it.

HELLO ALL! AM WAITING TO RECIEVE MY CLEN IN A WEEK(HOPEFULLY). IN PERUSING THE COMMENTS I NOTICED ICEMAN SUGGEST TO REFRAIN FROM ALCOHOL. I USUALLY HAVE A FEW COCKTAILS IN THE EVENING (3-4 OZ. VODKA). IS THIS DANGEROUS WHILE CONSUMING CLEN?? ANYHOO, GLAD TO BE A PART OF THE "MEMBER" ELITE!

I would recommend you refrain from alcohol because clen is a stimulant and alcohol is a depressent. If you still are going to have your cocktail I would make sure that at least 5-6 hrs has gone by since I took my last doseage of clen. It's up to you but it's always best to stay on the safe side. You can always have those cocktails when you are done with the clen. Alcohol will also slow down the results of the clen and the fat burning effect. Hope this helps. :D

I placed my order several days ago, and was wondering if many orders ship successfully to the USA? I know the site says it's unlikely that customs will interfere, but I find that a lot of other blogs and sites have people stating that they ordered (not necessarily from this company/site) and never received their product. Are there any members within the US that have received and/or used Clen?

I live in the US and have always received my orders. Sometimes it takes alittle longer but that's just the mail system. Do not worry your order will come. When people say they didn't receive there order alot has to do with how the order was packaged. You will be very happy when you receive your order from here. Packaging is supreme. I have received over 4 times now without any problems.

hi, i'm new to the board, but i already orderd the clen before from this site about 5-6 months ago. i'm about 45lbs over weight. i had a baby 2 yrs ago may 5th and at post baby at 6-7 months i completely just quit dropping the 70lbs i gained :( so pre baby i was 5'6 125lbs. and now an enormous 165!!! i did have a few a few issues after birth like my tummy was torn apart four fingers apart even 8 months later. i got that fixed and then developed several of the hypotyroid symptoms and couldn't figured out what the F was wrong!! anyway, i started the stack and my thyroid symps. went away, and i lost about 2 lbs every other day for the first week or so and then basically stopped loseing. i didn't do any exercising and didn't diet. i think my eating at night, like huge bowls of cherrios and 2 packs of maple brown surgar w/ skim milk at 2am before bed didn't help at all !
i'm pretty much a vegitarian every since my c-section and what i saw in the 0R (really gross) . so a few weeks ago i got a used treadmill and worked out 4-5 days for at lleast 40mins but mostly for an hour. but because i really didn't eat right < all i ate was cookies and 3-4 coffees w/ lots of creamer. but after a whole month i didn't lose anything!
anyway i know i rediculous but now i'm gonna diet proper and exercise. so i'm getting ready to make another order of clen and do it right this time!!!!
i'd really like some advice on getting in shape. i'm not sure what exercises i should do to flatten my tummy and when to do them. i found some core exercises but i don't what to do something that might poke my belly out more.... if anyone has infor please let me know!!!

You will be amazed at what the combo will do for you if your diet is on point. The weight will come off fast with a good diet and excercise. Make sure you keep your heart rate elevated while on the treadmill (in the fat burning zone), Also don''t forget about cool down time....5 min) Also good excersises to do are leg lifts, ball squats on the wall etc... You can buy those large rubber balls at almost any sporting goods store.(and they are quite inexpensive) There are also quite a few dvd's that will show you great excercises to help you obtain the goals you are striving for.
