Hello I would like to introduce myself I go by ICEMAN. I have been weight lifting and training for 20+ years. I also have experience in personal training. I am willing to help out anyone I can. Let's just keep this board fun and informative. No bashing or making fun of other members etc...

Hi, new to the board. I'm thinking of buying the clen/t3 stack but am nervous that the t3 stack may screw up my thyroid. but am eager to try this out to see just how much excess BF I can drop. Im planning on buying in the next 2 weeks. want to get back to my military weight 155# I am currently 310# so basically half my weight. Im just tired of trying other aids and no real results like those of ephedra, but hey hope i can drop this weight ASAP any idea on how much i can drop? this may sound stupid but what eactly is a cycle? what is avg weight loss in a cycle for males ?

Welcome jarhead73. The Clen/Cytomel combo is amazing but the amount of weight loss is also up to you. That means diet, cardio, excercise, rest etc... All play a major role in what you will see when it comes to results. If you are willing to give it 100% effort your goals are limitless. Click on this link. It's a basic guideline for doseages. Hey All, Ive started back up in going to the gym at least 4 days a week and doing cardio for up to 5. I'm 6'0" and currently weigh 240, in High school I was peaked out at 225, I was lean but still had the gut with that excess fat around the pecs under the arm area. The question I had was Is the clen a reputable thing to take. I mean If I'm going to be putting in the effort and working out hardcore again I want to have the body Ive never had and that requires fat to be burned, Just wondering how well the product actually works..

I also workout and do cardio 5-6 days/week. Yes clen works very well when incorporated into a workout. It definately kicks up the fat burning to the next level. Clen kicks up your metabolism and allows your body to burn alot more calories.

Hello everyone I am new to the site but have been visiting very often to get information about the clen and cytomel stack. I am 32 years old and overweight and want something that will help me lose weight. I have tried everything to get results and have failed. Exactly how much weight could I expect to lose by taking the stack and what would be a good diet for quick results. I want to lose as much weight as I can.

10-15 lbs is not uncommon in 3 weeks time. You do need to remember however that you have to burn more calories than you are putting into your body.
I would definatekly do some form of cardio 3-5 days per week and eat a very clean and healthy diet. Lean meats such as chicken, turkey, buffalo, etc....Eat lots of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Diet is crucial when it comes to weightloss. Im not saying you neeed to go on a diet just change your eating habbits and lifestyle and watch how fast you can lose those excess pounds.

Hi everyone I am a newbie, but like rladyelegant I have visited a few times before. I am waiting for my clen/t3 to arrive (I can't wait to get started). I am 5' 7" and currently weigh 230. I have recently joined my local gym where I go 3 times a week min. I have lost some weight but not a lot and I find that due to the restrictions of my weight, it is becoming more and more difficult to remain motivated. I have always been quite heavy as I have always been quite muscular and have found that I tend to carry weight much better than most people I know...which is a blessing as if I looked my true weight I would not be happy. Thats my story  if anyone has any advice that maybe helpful I would appreciate it.
