Increased workout times
Hi all! Just wondering if you know if it's ok to work out more than 30min 5x a week? I've been working out 2 to 3 hours, 4 to 5 times (a mix 80% cardio and 20% strength and toning) a week and I plan to start a clen/cytomel stack. Do you think it's ok to still be investing that much exercise time? Or should I tone it down a bit? Thanks!
